Our underwriting process, personally overseen by Dave, is streamlined and efficient, requiring only a brief phone consultation of approximately 10 minutes. We employ a highly flexible, project-based evaluation approach, eliminating the need for financial statements, background checks, or appraisals.

We maintain consistent interest rates and origination fees regardless of a borrower’s experience level. This allows for consistent pricing among our borrower clients.
